The General Meeting is the highest body of Frixis. The members of the General Meeting meet at least once a year. Among other things, this meeting:

The members of the Executive Committee are elected by the Executive Board. The Executive Committee meets monthly to provide advice on, among other things:

The Executive Board

The Executive Board handles day-to-day operations. The members of the Executive Board are elected by the members of the General Meeting. Care is hereby taken to ensure a proper distribution of mandates, from all categories and regions within the member target group. The Executive Board meets monthly to decide on:

Categories

Frixis unites all stakeholders within the refrigeration and air handling (HVACR) sector. 

 Structurally and according to its bylaws, the organisation consists of the following member categories: 

 

The National Secretary

The National Secretary’s staff ensures daily service to the members of Frixis.   

The secretariat also ensures:  

The steering committees and sectoral working groups

The Steering Committee B1 meets quarterly to discuss needs and sector issues in an ethical manner. Steering committee members provide guidance to the secretariat within their domain. 

Steering Committee B2/WPAC (Air-conditioning - Heat pumps) meets quarterly to discuss needs and sectoral issues in an ethical manner. The members of the steering committee give guidance to the secretariat within their domain.

Working groups are formed according to the needs of the sector. The participants in these working groups are composed of members of Frixis. Anyone who is a member of Frixis can participate by providing necessary input within their field of expertise.
